There’s colour everywhere in the form of changing leaves, potted mums, and sunflowers. What a wonderful season is Autumn. The air is crisper, and farmers’ markets abound with seasonal vegetables and apple cider. Does all of this sound somewhat romantic? Perhaps! But aren’t we fortunate that it’s true. Be sure to go for a walk in a park (High Park in the west end comes to mind), and bring some joyful colour into your home with flowers.
At the moment, some of the residents at The Russell Hill are celebrating Rosh Hashanah, and soon, all will enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving dinner either in family homes, or here on the holiday Monday – or, both!
